
Our refund policy ensures customer satisfaction with our products. Goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and/or workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Rig Equipment Limited branded footwear used for occupational purposes are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Rig Equipment Limited, at its option, will either repair or replace, at the company’s discretion, any defective product covered by this warranty. Customers must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt and report any issues immediately.
Claims must be made within 7 days of discovering a defect. If a fault is discovered when the goods are received, we urge our customers to contact us at the earliest opportunity or in any case within 60 days of receipt. If an issue is reported after the 60 days grace period has expired, reasonable costs will be charged for any agreed action to rectify the matter.
The customer must refrain from using the product once a fault has been discovered or reported.
Bespoke products designed and produced for an individual customer cannot be returned for a refund. Customers should contact our office for advice following the instructions below.
Refunds or replacements will be provided for valid claims after inspection by our team. Misuse or defects arising from circumstances outside of our control are not covered. Claims do not entitle customers to cancel or refuse delivery or payment for other parts of the order.
Returns Authorisation Code
In the event that a customer requires to return goods to the Company’s offices, they must first obtain a Returns Authorisation Code.
The customer should in the first instance contact our Customer Service Team on +44 (0)121 550 0933 during office hours, or email, enquiries@rigequipment.co.uk. Our customer service team will assist with the process and provide the customer with a returns reference.
The Company will not refund any shipping costs without prior agreement. The product must be accompanied by proof of the date of purchase. The Returns Authorisation Code must be quoted on any literature that accompanies the return. Goods returned without a returns reference will not be accepted.
